Ingredients

  • 1 lb fresh spinach (450 g)
  • 1 ½ oz sesame seeds (45 g)
  • 2 handfuls ice cubes
  • 2 tbsp fish sauce
  • 2 tsp soy sauce
  • pepper
  • salt

Instructions

  1. Prepare the ice water: fill a large bowl with cold water and then add the ice cubes. Place the bowl in the fridge 30 minutes before you start preparing the spinach salad. Add the sesame seeds to a blender (you can also use a mortar and pestle).
