Here is a quick and easy apple crumble recipe: it’s a sweet baked apple dessert with a layer of crunchy baked peanuts on top!
This apple crumble recipe must be one of the most quickest and easiest dessert recipes you can think of.
What I like about it especially is not only because of the small amount of ingredients you need but also because of the fact that I always have all the ingredients stored in my pantry! An apple, sugar, butter, flour…
Clean the apple, mix the flour into a crumble, cover and bake.
That’s it really!
Apple Crumble Recipe with Peanuts
I added some crushed salted peanuts for crunch.
You can also use walnuts or pecans instead of salted peanuts. I guess that must give it an extra earthy flavor touch then. You can serve the apple crumble with a scoop of ice cream, creamy vanilla custard or a knob of fresh sour cream.
