Pour the whole peppercorns into a mortar and crush them into a coarse powder with the pestle. Make sure that the peppercorns are still a bit chunky and coarse, but don't leave any whole peppercorns.
Then combine all of the ingredients in a bowl and stir into a smooth sauce.
Store the black pepper sauce in the fridge until needed. This black pepper sauce is a great marinade for beef!
