Ingredients

  • 1 large egg (separated)
  • ½ cup whole milk (120 ml)
  • ¼ cup cream (60 ml)
  • 2 tbsp caster sugar
  • 3 tbsp brandy (or rum or bourbon)
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • grated nutmeg
  • ground cinnamon
  • salt

Instructions

  1. 1. Transfer the egg white to a high cup and beat it until stiff peaks appear.
