Vegetarian Pot Stickers

Ingredients

  • 4 large white mushrooms
  • a handful cabbage
  • 1 fresh spring onion
  • 1 tsp fresh ginger grated
  • 2 tbsp fresh cilantro chopped
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 tsp chili sauce
  • 2 tsp fish sauce
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 small garlic clove
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. 1) Add the cabbage, garlic, spring onion and mushrooms to a blender and blend well.

  2. 2) Pour the olive oil in a non-stick pan and place it over medium heat until the oil is hot. Then add the cabbage mixture. Fry the mixture for a couple of minutes until it starts to turn a little golden brown.

  3. 3) Take the pan off the heat and let the mixture cool down. Then add the remaining ingredients and stir well. 4) You can start assembling the gyozas now.
