Roughly tear up the white bread and add it to the bowl of the Cook Processor fitted with the MultiBlade. Close the lid and press Pulse for 10 seconds until the bread is crumbled up. Then pour in the whole milk, the caster sugar, the baking powder, the vanilla extract and a little pinch of salt to taste.
