  • 1 ½ lbs oven potatoes (675 g)
  • 1 cup white wine vinegar (240 ml)
  • 2 cups water (480 ml)
  • 1 small garlic clove
  • olive oil
  • pepper
  • salt

Instructions

  1. Scrub and clean the oven potatoes under cold running tap water but don't peel them! Let the potatoes drain a bit and then slice them into ⅕ inch (5 mm) thick slices using a sharp knife or a mandoline slicer.

  2. Pour the vinegar and water in a large pan and add the peeled garlic clove.
