1) Combine all the ingredients in a large mixing bowl and season generously with pepper and salt.
2) Mix the quinoa batter well. Then make 6 to 8 even portions of the batter.
3) Roll them into balls and press them gently until flattened a little.
4) Then pan fry or grill the quinoa fritters in a little olive oil on both sides until golden.
5) Serve hot.
